Contract Details
- 12-month contract with potential extensions
- Starts part-time (~20 hours/week), with the opportunity to transition to full-time hours after the first 2–3 months
- Hourly Rate: $80-$90/hr T4A
What They’re Looking For
- 7–9+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or support
- Strong hands‑on experience with Core HR and additional modules such as Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding
- Experience supporting payroll processes and integrations
- Strong background in requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and system configuration
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes
