Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Payroll & Core HR)

We are looking to hire a Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Payroll & Core HR) who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for our client based in Dubai – one of the largest companies in the region.

This is a long term contract that is renewable on an annual basis.

The role sits within the IT Department and reports directly to the Senior Manager.

We are looking for a passionate Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll modules , capable of translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support, system configuration, integrations, reporting, security, workflow design, and Redwood user experience enhancements.
