Become an Oracle HCM Consultant with Insight Global, focusing on large enterprise cloud implementations. This part-time role transitions to full-time, making impactful contributions to HR and Payroll systems.
This 12-month contract seeks a consultant experienced in Oracle Cloud HCM. You must bring 7–9+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience across Core HR and modules like Compensation and Recruiting. Strong skills in requirements gathering and system configuration are essential for navigating complex payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
• Support payroll processes and integrations
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and requirements gathering
• Provide testing, troubleshooting, and production support
Requirements:
• 7–9+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
• Expertise in Core HR and related modules
• Solid HR process knowledge and experience
