Job Description
- Relevant Bachelors degree (e.g. HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Information Systems, or Organisational Management)
- 35 years experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Specialist in project and/or support environments
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification advantageous
- Oracle EBS functional experience advantageous
- Experience with regression testing, quarterly updates, and UAT coordination
- Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL/CAB change management processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team success
