Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant Location: Bangalore Experience: 8–10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with 8–10 years of implementation and support expertise. The ideal candidate should have strong technical capabilities along with hands-on functional configuration knowledge in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Core HR . This role requires strong solutioning skills, stakeholder communication, and the ability to coordinate with offshore teams while delivering high-quality HCM solutions. Key Responsibilities 1.
