About the Role
As an Oracle HCM Core Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of Oracle HCM Core solutions for largescale transformation programs. You will work closely with clients to modernize HR processes, drive operational efficiency, and enable datadriven workforce decisions while managing teams and ensuring highquality delivery. . Lead endtoend Oracle HCM Core implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment .
