Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall 5-10 years of experience in large Oracle ERP testing project
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM hands‑on Functional/E2E/Integration/UAT testing experience in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) modules and Payroll
- Expertise on Core HR, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Accruals, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations, PPR (Payroll Parallel Run) in ERP applications.
- UK Payroll process experience is mandatory.
- Experience in developing Test Strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Case Execution, Tracking and Reporting
- Experience in working with multiple IT/Business stakeholders, cross functional teams in onshore/offshore delivery model
- Experience working on PPR (Payroll Parallel Run), Agile Test Management and Test Execution tools
- Strong communication skills along with stakeholder management experience
