We are seeking an experienced 𝗢𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗼 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼-𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Taleo Recruiting — TEE and/or TBE modules.

The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert SME for Taleo, working closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize recruitment workflows, improve user experience, and ensure alignment with talent acquisition strategies.

🛠 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✅ Minimum 4 years of functional experience with Oracle Taleo — TEE or TBE, preferably TEE

✅ Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and how they map to Taleo functionality
