The Order Entry Coordinator serves as a critical link between Sales, Assembly, Warehouse, Shipping, and Accounting to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time. In this role, you review order status, coordinate work order readiness, resolve system and process issues, and support invoicing and billing activities. You work in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
