Order Fulfillment Assistant Job Responsibilities- Process new orders and order changes within set service level agreements via SAP Order Management System.
- Create and manage Customer business partner records setups required in SAP system.
- Perform proper execution of Order Management processes.
- Participate in projects for process standardization,Continuous Process Improvement and process automation using available tools (e.g.AI, RPA).
- Perform order pricing analysis and be able to assist in collaborating with the Account Manager, Pricing Team and/or Sales to resolveorder pricing issue.
