Duties:

• Manage daily logistics operations, documentation, and order processing activities.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with factories to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Liaise with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to facilitate smooth and cost-effective deliveries.
• Prepare and process shipping documents in accordance with export and customer requirements.
• Verify logistics invoices and coordinate with Finance on payment matters.
• Maintain logistics records and support reporting and data analysis activities.
• Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues when required.
• Handle end-to-end export order management, including purchase order issuance and system updates (e.g., SAP).
