OverviewTheOrder Management Analystis responsible for ensuring day-to-day order processing for Frito-Lay North America (FLNA), driving gold-standard customer service, and maintaining site performance metrics through the use of standard processes and best practices.The analyst collaborates with colleagues worldwide and works with site and regional leadership.ResponsibilitiesEnsure day-to-day order processing for FLNA, including order confirmation, order cleansing, and management/creation of ICRs/Filters.Customer communications – managing adds/cuts, missing order communication, and off-template orders.Confirm order completion.QualificationsAdvanced English, with daily communication with native speakers.Basic Excel knowledge (data entry/editing, sorting and filtering data, basic formulas).6 months to 1 year of experience with administrative tasks (document filing, purchase order or invoice management, customer support).
