Order Management Customer Service

A large B2B distributor and supply chain solutions company, handling the global logistics required to ship the industrial goods across international borders. They are looking for an efficient, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle the daily order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and client inquiries.

• Client Support: Answer routine and complex customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and coordinate with internal teams for problem resolution.

• Order Processing: Create commercial invoices, packing lists, and perform system Goods Issue (GI).

• Logistics Coordination: Arrange local transportation and international shipping for both imports and exports.

Experience in customer service, logistics, or order management.
