As an Order Management Rep, you will manage the quick and efficient processing of customer/purchase orders for repairing defective 3rd party electrical and mechanical products. You will provide world class customer service to 12-15 customer locations, managing approximately 250 repair orders and ensuring accurate quotes, delivery promises, and order status to the customer. You will guide the quick resolution of pricing, quality and delivery issues, liaise with Accounting to resolve any account payable discrepancies, and create and distribute daily or weekly reporting of departmental metrics. You will report to a Manufacturing Supervisor. Work hybrid from Cuautitlan, Mexico.
