+ Provide heavy industrial services including manual receiving of trailers and building pallets with large items like patio furniture, TVs, and air conditioners.
+ Operate manual or electric pallet jacks efficiently.
+ Perform medium industrial services such as carton picking which involves frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
+ Shrink-wrap pallets and move palletized materials using pallet jacks.
+ Pick orders based on paper pick sheets and sort them to the correct delivery route.
