Order Processing Specialist – The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑cash activities and serves as the primary point of contact for order and inventory‑related inquiries. This role works closely with internal teams and directly with customers to ensure timely order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, including conducting face‑to‑face meetings with customers when necessary, while maintaining a positive customer experience.
