Organic Social Media Account Manager (In-Office/Medellín/ Full Benefits) (Colombia)

NOTE: This is a full-time, in-office position.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and create engaging organic social content for a wide range of clients across industries
• Research trends, audience behaviors, and platform best practices
• Drive organic strategy and help clients grow their reach and engagement
• Stay on top of emerging social trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with our creative, content, and paid media teams

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Social media savvy with strong knowledge of platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Strategic thinker with a creative eye for content
• Experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Previous agency or brand-side social media experience preferred
