Organisation and Methods Analyst

Trade Certify wishes to employ an Organisation and Methods Analyst to analyse, evaluate and enhance current organisational systems, structures, and business processes.

This full-time role is based in Sydney with a salary offered as $90,000 to $95,000 plus superannuation depending on the skills and experience of the candidate. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Skills requirement are Tertiary qualification business, administration, or law, and at least 3 years of experience in related industry.

The duties of the nominated position include, but are not limited to:

• Analysing and evaluating current Trade Certify’s organisational systems, structures, and business processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for improvement.

• Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimise workflows, enhance productivity, and address operational bottlenecks
