About the role

Coordinating culture, engagement and capability-building initiatives 
Delivering core OD processes like induction programmes and employee surveys 
Organising internal workshops, training sessions and events 
Managing documentation, records and information flow 
Supporting OD projects with communications, data and implementation tasks 
Providing helpful, responsive support to employees/kaimahi and managers 
Coordinating development opportunities such as mentoring and study programmes
