Event Overview

Organising a 4‑Day birthday celebration in Alicante, Spain (27–30 July 2026) for approximately 25 guests. The role includes both remote planning and on‑the‑ground coordination.

Remote Tasks (June–July)

• Research and book guest activities
• Book airport transfers
• Book restaurant reservations
• Coordinate with vendors (private chef, yacht charter)
• Compile flight details and create final guest itinerary

On‑Site Tasks (27–30 July in Spain)

• Villa setup and decoration before guests arrive
• Coordinate guest arrivals and airport transfers
• Manage activity logistics (ensure everyone gets to the right place)
• Cake collection
• Liaise with private chef and yacht crew
• Handle check‑out and departure logistics
