Organizational Change Management Lead

Overview

We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead for our client in GTA. Candidate must have 8+ years of proven experience in a relevant field. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days in office. Responsibilities

Collaborate with PMO, project managers, and stakeholders to introduce new business processes and technologies. Develop tools and templates to analyze change impacts, engage stakeholders, and ensure adoption. Define change strategy, manage business engagement, and track user adoption. Assess readiness for changes and prepare communications. Plan and facilitate training. Required Skills

Change Management expertise: Understanding of OCM principles, methodologies, and ability to tailor change management strategies Training & Development Communication Stakeholder Management Adaptability Credentials (recommended but not exclusive)
