Orthodontic Laboratory Technician

Key Responsibilities
1.Clinical Liaison & Technical Support Act as the primary point of contact for Orthodontists and GPs regarding case inquiries, treatment planning, and appliance design. Interpret prescriptions and digital/physical impressions to ensure accurate fabrication instructions. Provide technical advice to doctors on material selection and appliance feasibility. Troubleshoot fit issues or appliance breakages and recommend corrective actions. 2.Production & Workflow Management (Singapore & Dongguan) Perform hands-on fabrication for urgent cases, repairs, and custom appliances (e.g., retainers, expanders, twin blocks, active plates) including wire bending, soldering, acrylic trimming, and polishing. Coordinate outsourced cases with the Dongguan factory, including digitizing physical models (scanning), preparing digital files (STL), translating doctor instructions, and monitoring production timelines.
