UK King's Daughters is a 455-bed regional referral center in Ashland, Kentucky. We are part of the University of Kentucky Health system. We own 40+ primary care clinics in outlying areas of Kentucky and Ohio which refer patients from a catchment area of about 750,000 people to our main campus for testing and treatment. In 2025, we completed a $150 million construction project on campus, which gave us a new main entrance, a brand-new ER, and an all-new Imaging Department. Our Emergency Department sees more than 80,000 patients per year. We offer nearly all medical specialties at our facility, except pediatric subspecialties and transplant surgery.
We are offering an outstanding opportunity for a board eligible/certified Orthopedic Surgeon who will join and share call with six other orthopedic surgeons in our hospital-employed practice. The incoming physician will earn a salary guarantee of $725,000, plus productivity bonuses based on $69 per wRVU and quality/customer bonuses....
