Job Description
Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber Technicians
We are seeking detail-oriented OSP Fiber Technicians (Level I and Level II) in Burlington, TX to maintain and expand fiber optic infrastructure supporting a large-scale data center environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Inspect, test, repair, and troubleshoot fiber optic networks
+ Install fiber lines, conduits, and supporting hardware
+ Conduct site surveys and maintain accurate network documentation
+ Support network expansions and coordinate with vendors/contractors
+ Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
+ Collaborate with engineering and operations teams; assist during outages
Required Skills
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Knowledge of fiber optics and construction practices
+ Understanding of enterprise-level structured cabling
