Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Develop, own, and manage the end-to-end deployment plan, including reapplication waves and handover to Run & Support teams.
* Coordinate factory deployments of OT hardware, software, and tools, as well as global support services such as identity management and network infrastructure.
* Enforce governance, workflows, auditing, and approval processes to ensure disciplined rollout and timely decision-making.
* Track progress, risks, blockers, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
* Act as the single coordination point across factories, central IT/OT teams, cybersecurity teams, and external vendors.
* Drive execution cadences, readiness checkpoints, and maintain alignment with the overall project masterplan, including milestones, dependencies, and risks.
