Job Description
Chief of ENT - Egg Harbor Township, NJFull-Time Leadership Role Hospital-Employed Position OverviewJoin the region's largest health system (a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient) as Chief of Otolaryngology, leading a growing ENT division across multiple locations in Southern New Jersey. Work in a collaborative, technology-forward environment near the Jersey Shore. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a division of 4 ENT physicians and 2 NPs
- Provide inpatient and outpatient care
- Oversee clinic and OR block scheduling
- Participate in 6 weekday call shifts/month (no weekend call)
- Work with DaVinci XI robotics
- Utilize Cerner EMR
- Practice at facilities in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic City, and Galloway, NJ
- Mentor staff and support department growth
