Location:  400 N State of Franklin Rd, Johnson City, TN 37604
Facility Type:  Acute Care Hospital (Ballad Health System)
Trauma Level:  Adult Level II 
Assignment Overview Ballad Health is seeking an ENT Physician  to assist Neurosurgery with specialized OR support at its Johnson City facility. This is an ongoing, part-time locum tenens opportunity  offering 1 day per month to start  with the potential to expand to additional days as the program grows. 
Coverage Details Schedule:  1 day per month (24-hour coverage or as scheduled; TBD) 
Call Frequency:  1 day per month 
Start Date:  As soon as credentialed (temporary privileges available) 
Patient Volume:  3 4 cases per month
