You’ll be doing work that directly impacts clients going through one of the biggest transactions of their lives.

Conveyancing transactions stall when clients don’t send documents and other law firms don’t reply to emails. Your job is to fix that — by picking up the phone, getting through to the right person, and persuading them to act now rather than later.

You’ll call Juno’s clients to chase overdue documents and information. You’ll call other law firms to get responses to outstanding requests. You’ll build rapport quickly, solve problems on the spot, and follow up until the job is done. This is entirely outbound work. Every call you ma...
