Scope of the role
Accountabilities:
Contact hotel partners via outbound calls to promote and sell HBX products/services (Civifun or others).
Manage leads, track interactions and follow up to close deals, contributing to sales targets.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
Sales-oriented mindset and aptitude
Basic computer literacy
Ability to learn and understand the features and benefits of the product/service being sold
Professional telephony etiquette; ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during phone calls
Ability to drive sales from interest to close deals
Professional English and Spanish
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field
Experience working with CRM systems for lead management and tracking
Demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
