This role has a minimum base pay from $15.24 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience.

Our Outdoor Concept brings everything for outdoor living - pavers, decking, pool tile, outdoor kitchens, lighting, and more - together in one inspiring space. As an Outdoor Designer, you'll design with both creativity and technical know-how, take the lead in growing sales, build relationships with homeowners and pros, and shepherd projects from first idea to final product. You'll sell with expertise, design with purpose, and help define how customers experience the outdoors with Floor & Decor.

Your Day Consists Of

• Driving sales by connecting with homeowners, contractors, and landscapers to uncover outdoor-living needs and project opportunities.
