Outdoor Retail Team Lead - Sales & Guest Experience

Christchurch Adventure Park is seeking a Retail Team Leader to oversee day-to-day retail operations. You will lead a team, drive merchandise sales, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure memorable experiences for all guests.

In this role, you'll support stock management and promote a diverse range of adventure tourism products, including mountain biking and sightseeing activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor recreation and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
