Job Description
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to standard recipes (training is provided).
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using a point-of-sale (POS) system for order entry and payment processing.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the coffee bar and seating area following established cleaning procedures and schedules.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the safe handling and preparation of food and beverages.
Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up the coffee bar, preparing ingredients, and cleaning equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
