Responsibilities
- Strategic Operations & Leadership
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the total daily operations of the outlet, ensuring every aspect meets Santan’s gold standards for speed and quality.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor the Assistant Manager and Crew. Build a high-performing team and groom the next generation of leaders.
- Master Scheduling: Oversee and approve team schedules, ensuring they are fair, optimized for peak periods, and strictly compliant with the Labor Act.
- High-Level Inventory: Accountable for total inventory integrity, ensuring perfect stock levels through accurate forecasting and proactive waste management.
- Financial Management (P&L)
- P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the outlet’s Profit and Loss, analyze financial reports, and take decisive action to manage costs and maximize profitability.
