Correctly set up, maintains, and closes the Expo window
Monitors equipment in Expo area
Compare tickets to products to ensure special requests have been filled
Bag all takeout orders according to standard, including proper bagging techniques, use of takeout checklist, and proper pachaging
Monitor ticket times, product holding times, and make corrections to ensure food quality and assurance
