The IRTPs are specialized, short‑term locked facilities providing comprehensive care to male and female youth referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH). These state‑wide programs serve adolescents facing serious mental illness and/or severe emotional or behavioral challenges.

Our IRTPs offer a highly supportive and structured environment, staffed by a multidisciplinary team that includes child psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, clinicians, and educators.
