Overnight Respite Cottage Manager

Lead a passionate and dedicated team of Carers to deliver HammondCare's model of care with its Respite Cottage service in Dubbo.

Full-time position, in our Respite Cottage in Dubbo. You will be responsible for the management and direct care of clients' individual needs and a team of approx 15 carers. Our Cottage operate Mon-Sunday 24 hours but you will work

Monday - Friday day shifts only.

Cottage Manager - What's involved in the role?

• Responsible for leading a passionate and dedicated team of staff to deliver HammondCare's model of care with its Overnight Respite Cottage service in Dubbo.
• The role of Respite Cottage Manager works with the Head of Clubs and Cottages to recruit, mentor and lead staff, manage budgets, ensure quality and oversee all technical aspects of care provision at the Respite Cottage.
