Your Responsibilities

• Provide prompt responses to customer fault reports, independently perform post-sales fault diagnosis and repair for AGV system hardware and software, and ensure timely restoration of equipment to normal operation.
• Responsible for after-sales technical support for overseas projects, including online remote assistance and on-site emergency repairs; when necessary, provide on-site installation, commissioning, and testing of AGV systems to ensure proper equipment operation.
