We are currently seeking a highly motivated Owners Authorized Representative I to support capital improvement and modernization projects within the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD).
The OAR I will serve as the District's on-site representative and supports the management of assigned school construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role requires working knowledge of public-sector construction delivery, strong coordination skills, and the ability to monitor budget, schedule, and compliance requirements in alignment with District standards.
