This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-profile, $40 million commercial data center project while working 100% remotely from anywhere in the continental United States. You will act as an owner’s representative and construction project manager, overseeing vertical commercial construction and data center work in multiple states, including Virginia, Pennsylvania, Colorado, and South Carolina. The position focuses on ensuring that complex, cutting-edge facilities are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while collaborating closely with general contractors and a highly supportive project team.
