Key Accountabilities

• Assist in product set-up
• Perform UAT Testing of products before promoting to live environment, and ensure proper sign off
• Create new UW guideline in the core system when there’s new product code/ plan code created
• Resolve system problems by referring to policies, procedures, specifications
• Review of system process flow and perform cross functional impact analysis, when necessary, on new product or product enhancement
• Work on projects of low to moderate complexity.
• Raise system enhancement when necessary
