(PA) Structural Heart Physician Assistant - 128597

The Senior Physician Assistant (PA) will be responsible for the provision of care and evaluation for the structural heart program. Other duties will include cardiac consults and to assist with procedures. The PA will provide advanced clinical assistance and support in treating and managing patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. The PA assesses and provides nursing actions as appropriate for patient care populations based on competence, professional expertise, and knowledge.

Independent judgment is expected to be exercised within the context of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches to patient care. Under general supervision, incumbents perform operational level duties as described in the Series Concept. The major emphasis at this level is ongoing direct patient care delivery.
