**Job Description**
The Packaging Operator on 3rd shift plays a key role in monitoring the assembly line for food products, packaging finished goods for shipment, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant production environment. This role involves consistent physical activity, attention to detail, and adherence to food safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards while working overnight hours.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor the assembly line to ensure food products move efficiently and consistently through production.
+ Package finished food products according to established procedures and quality standards for shipment.
