**Job Title: Packager/Operator**
**Job Description**
In this position, you will work collaboratively with a team of 2-5 others on a Roll Forming machine to efficiently package finished materials such as metal shingles, siding, and gutters. Each machine is managed by one Machine Operator II, and you will join a dynamic group of Packagers (Machine Operator I) to ensure each product is visually quality checked for manufacturing defects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, paying close attention to detail.
+ Perform tasks such as making boxes, packaging, palletizing, and moving products.
+ Utilize power tools, including drills, staple guns, and other pneumatic tools.
+ Learn to operate several machines and collaborate with different teams daily.
+ Conduct visual quality checks to ensure no manufacturing defects.
