Packaging and Field Operations Trainee

Key Responsibilities: Packaging Responsibilities (Primary 80%): Packaging, labeling, and sealing of health gummy product samples as per quality, hygiene, and safety standards Ensuring proper handling, storage, and cleanliness in the packaging area Verifying batch details, quantities, and reporting discrepancies or quality concerns Field Operations (Secondary 20%): Movement and coordination of product samples only between company branches Supporting internal teams during sample transfers Assisting with basic field and operational tasks as assigned Other Details: Engagement as a trainee for the first 6 months Stipend/Salary during trainee period After 6 months, an appraisal will be conducted.
