**Job Title:** Packaging Associate
**Location:** Moorhead, MN
**Pay Rate:** $21.59/hour
**Shift:** 12-hour day shifts (7 AM to 7 PM), rotating schedule including weekends
**Type:** Temp to hire
**Job Summary**
The Packaging Associate is responsible for managing material flow from the Hot Press machine to the Printer machine. The position supports daily production goals by safely operating machinery, feeding materials, removing defective products, and ensuring finished goods meet quality standards in a fast-paced, high-temperature manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas at all times.
+ Stack products on pallets and prepare them for the next stage of production or shipment.
+ Promptly report health, safety, hygiene, quality, or productivity issues to the supervisor.
+ Accurately complete housekeeping paperwork in a timely manner.
