Overview
Packaging Chief – Location: Santa Rosa Jauregui, Querétaro, MX. Join ZF, a global leader in driveline and chassis technology, to manage packaging processes for automotive components.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with customer packaging requirements, prevent claims and penalties, develop proposals based on specifications.
- Update, document, and approve packaging standards in customer portals; implement changes and manage prototypes.
- Coordinate packaging trials with suppliers, ensuring schedule adherence and review/approval of SPAR documents.
- Monitor daily shipments, resolve packaging-related reports from customers, manage internal HIE documents.
- Manage departmental KPIs, plan personnel succession, calculate fleet packaging quantities per process.
- Follow up on purchase requisitions, manage budgets for CEA projects, perform volume increase calculations.
