Job Description
The Packing Lead will support the packing department staff and ensure an efficient level of performance is met to achieve key departmental targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of packers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the efficient execution of packing tasks.
- Oversee and assist with packing orders in accordance with SLA.
- Plan and prioritize packing activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly order fulfillment targets.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of packed items, verifying that they meet client specifications and packaging standards.
- Runs reports (e.g., aged report) to monitor productivity.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (CloudX) and Excel sheets to maintain accurate records.
- Communicate any delays, issues, or changes in the packing process to relevant stakeholders.
