Paediatric Community Social Worker — Family-Centred Care

Taranaki District Health Board is seeking a Social Worker Paediatric Community based in New Plymouth, Taranaki. In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance health outcomes for tamariki and their whanau.

Your responsibilities include providing short-term social work interventions and supporting families facing chronic health conditions. Applicants must be registered Social Workers with a current APC and have experience working with children and families.
