One Hatfield Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group is located in Hertfordshire and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our friendly, supportive, and dynamic Paediatric team on a flexibank arrangement.

Reporting to the Paediatric Lead, the successful paediatric nurse will work across the young people services, delivering exceptional, individualised patient care as part of a highly skilled clinical team. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient needs and planning, delivering, and evaluating nursing care while ensuring patient comfort, dignity, and safety throughout their visit or admission.
• Building positive rapport with patients and providing emotional support, education, and healthcare advice to patients and their families or carers.
