Position Summary:

The Alzheimer's Association Massachusetts and New Hampshire Chapter opened its doors in 1980 as one of the founding Chapters of our National Association. Our Mission is to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through advancement of research; to provide care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementias; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

The Programs and Services department works to provide programs that support people living with dementia and their families, including educational programs, support groups, and early stage social engagement programs. We offer programs designed for people living with dementia, their family members and caregivers, and professionals. This role is focused on expanding our reach to underserved and disproportionately affected communities with our community engagement and diversity outreach team.
